Cody Road Bourbon Pork Steak – Grilled pork steak topped with house made Mississippi Distillery Cody Road Bourbon sauce. Served with vegetable medley and mushroom rice pilaf.
Sesame Encrusted Ahi Tuna - 8 oz. wild caught Ahi Yellow Fin tuna filet pan seared with sesame oil & blackening spices & topped with a house made pineapple orange sesame glaze. Served with mushroom rice pilaf & Asian slaw.
Salmon with Lemon Dill Sauce – 8 oz. wild caught Atlantic salmon filet grilled with herbs and topped with lemon basil crème sauce. Served with vegetable medley and mushroom rice pilaf.
Traditional Chicken Marsala – Grilled chicken breast topped with a traditional creamy marsala wine sauce with mushroom and onions. Served with garlic mashed potatoes.
Tratolle in Mushroom Duxelles – Tratolle sautéed in a house made creamy mushroom sauce topped with fresh Parmesan cheese and balsamic glaze. Choice of chicken or shrimp.
Shrimp Scampi Alfredo - Sautéed shrimp, broccoli, bruschetta mix and fettuccini tossed in a scampi butter alfredo sauce. Served with cheesy toast.
Phoenix Pasta – Grilled chicken breast, carrot sticks, and angel hair pasta tossed in a Spicy Pecan Pesto. Served with cheesy toast.
