- Coconut Almond Whitefish Filet
Two whitefish filets coated with coconut almond breading, baked & topped with a pineapple coconut glaze. Served with coconut rice & vegetable medley.

Two 5 oz bacon wrapped pork steaks smothered in a sweet shallot cream sauce paired with garlic mashed potatoes and vegetable medley

8 oz wild caught Atlantic salmon fillet topped with Boetje’s mustard, pistachio and panko crust. Served with mushroom rice pilaf & vegetable medley.
- Sesame Encrusted Ahi Tuna
8 oz wild caught Ahi Yellow Fin tuna filet seared with sesame oil and blackening spices, topped with a house-made pineapple orange sesame glaze. Served with mushroom rice pilaf & vegetable medley.
- Phoenix Chicken Marsala
8 oz grilled chicken breast atop our savory mushroom rice pilaf, covered in non-traditional orange marsala wine sauce with carrots & bell peppers.
- Chicken Fra Diavolo
Penne pasta, shallots, bell peppers, pancetta and grilled chicken in a spicy tomato sauce. Garnished with cilantro & green onions, served with garlic cheese toast.
- Blackened Chicken Alfredo
